When will Arlene form?

Let's get a sample from the members about when the first named storm will form.

IMO Arlene will form by mid july between the 11th-20th of that month.

I'll say 11-20 of June. Every other year since 1987 had their first storm form before June 30th.

Even long trends have to break sometime, which is partly why I say July 17.

I think she will form in late July with this season shaping up to be active, the seas will have nearly 2 mos to boil before the lid pops off.
