When will winter return to Southeast Texas and deep south?

For at least the next 5 days, we've got lows in the low to mid-60's and highs in the low to mid-70's. Hardly feels like winter! And this coming one week after historical snowfall all around me (notice I didn't say on me. lol)

Anyway, when is the next Arctic front supposed to make it down here and give me a shot at that Winter Wonderland I keep singing about? 8-)

Mild and balmy up here in the Ohio Valley too!

Snowfall from last week's storm is melting quickly. Ground is a soggy mess but I'm hoping it cools off again. High in low 60s predicted tomorrow.

Wait until after JAN 15.

Welp, not for at least two weeks, if you believe the models. Not even a hint.
