Wow!... looks like some "training" -- perhaps some flooding across Wisconsin.

the sky was all lit up last night. The ground is extremely WET and its been raining all day today to make conditions even worse. Yes, we do have some minor flooding going on...some even here on campus.

Areas around Green Bay, WI, last night had some "good-ol' fashioned frog stranglers" last night ... a lot of hail reports from those as well.

Found no less than 22 reports of hail in Wisconsin ... the largest being in Stevens Point, WI ... 1.75" (Hail ranged from dime size to Golf-Ball Sized - reported by spotter all around the city.)
And 1.50" hail in Iola, WI.

Preliminary Storm Reports for April 15th, 2003 - U.S.
