ATLANTIC OCEAN ABOUT 1100 MILES SOUTHWEST OF THE WESTERN AZORES
THIS MORNING. THE ASSOCIATED SHOWERS ACTIVITY REMAINS POORLY
ORGANIZED...AND UPPER LEVEL WINDS ARE CURRENTLY UNFAVORABLE FOR
SUBTROPICAL OR TROPICAL DEVELOPMENT. HOWEVER CONDITIONS COULD
BECOME MORE FAVORABLE FOR DEVELOPMENT OVER THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS.
ELSEWHERE...TROPICAL STORM FORMATION IS NOT EXPECTED THROUGH
