How far from the southern edge of the eyewall of Jeanne

would Hialeah area of Miami have been, and any guesses or otherwise on the max substained winds and also gusts. Your wisdom and knowledge are appreciated.

Miami was left relatively unscathed from Jeanne, though there were many downed trees from Frances in the city. France's larger size on the southern semi-circle did bring sustained TS winds to the city

I was in North Miami Beach during Jeanne and they only got about 35-40 mph sustained for a few hours and after that it started winding down. I suspect its about 80-90 miles from the eyewall.
