Caribbean system 91L=No tropical development

#1 Postby cycloneye » Wed Nov 10, 2004 6:18 am

No tropical development from this as this system has baroclinic caracteristics because it has not detached from the frontal trough.I can say for sure that the squadron will cancel this afternoons mission because they would not find a closed Low Level Circulation.

No I dont bet money. But I bet on my personal anaylisis about the patterns in the atlantic and pacific that with all the data I haved concluded that 14/8/6 will be the final numbers for 2004.But I will not hide at all if Otto forms as I will post my admision that I was wrong and would eat crow :) however I dont expect that to happen.
