NWS TPC/NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER MIAMI FL
530 PM EST SUN NOV 7 2004

FOR THE NORTH ATLANTIC...CARIBBEAN SEA AND THE GULF OF MEXICO...

SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE OCCURRING ALONG AN ELONGATED AREA OF
LOW PRESSURE THAT EXTENDS ACROSS THE CENTRAL AND SOUTHWESTERN
CARIBBEAN SEA FROM HISPANIOLA AND EASTERN CUBA SOUTHWESTWARD TO
COSTA RICA AND PANAMA. UPPER-LEVEL WINDS ARE CURRENTLY UNFAVORABLE
FOR TROPICAL CYCLONE DEVELOPMENT TO OCCUR. THIS WEATHER SYSTEM IS
EXPECTED TO MOVE SLOWLY NORTHEASTWARD OVER THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS
AND GRADUALLY AFFECT JAMAICA...HISPANIOLA AND PUERTO RICO.

ELSEWHERE...TROPICAL STORM FORMATION IS NOT EXPECTED THROUGH MONDAY.

I hate when I see a big paragraph in the TWO, only to see that it's not going to develop. Come on Atlantic, can't we get just one more depression to at least tie the E-Pac?!

Pfft. The NHC tries to embiggen their TWO by making it longer, but it isn't cromulent enough, IMO.
