40°, windy, and misting rain here, bfez!

Not a day to open up all of the windows, for sure!
Hopefully, it'll be warm again by weekend!

January temperatures!

#4 Postby PTrackerLA » Wed Apr 09, 2003 12:08 pm

THIS IS ABOUT 15 TO 20 F DEGREES BELOW 30 CLIMO NORMALS...AND IF
THIS SEEMS LIKE JANUARY THEN YOU ARE CLOSE...AVERAGE TEMPS IN

JANUARY
LCH 38 LOW HIGH 58 LOW TODAY 40 TODAYS HIGH EXPECTED 58
BPT 40 LOW HIGH 59 LOW TODAY 39 TODAYS HIGH EXPECTED 60
LFT 37 LOW HIGH 57 LOW TODAY 40 TODAYS HIGH EXPECTED 56
AEX 34 LOW HIGH 56 LOW TODAY 38 TODAYS HIGH EXPECTED 56

That was the comparison the nws lake charles office made in their discussion. I don't think our highs will even get into the mid 50's because it's 48 right now at 1210 pm! Watch in a couple of weeks it will probably be in the 90's down here so savor the day everyone lol.

Unseasonable temperatures across the boards in the Southland, and will spread into the SE...

Snowfall may occur tomorrow even just outside of the North Carolina mountains (Boone, Newland, etc)...

Even the possibility of sleet in NE GA tomorrow.

60's are nice...and so are 70's. I will be glad when we get back to those readings. :)

Yes we could be in the low 50's tomorrow on Thursday with rain and showers here in CHS, along with winds 15 to 20 mph will make it feel like February ! Pretty chilly !

:D :D

I was driving home from an appointment, this evening,
and, it was 43° and windy, with rain barely misting enough
to run the windshield wipers on the lowest relay speed. I
could almost hallucinate fine snowflakes!

It's 44º here and the blowing drizzle looks too much like snow (last night).

It's currently 39°F with light rain, here. There's

It only made it to 64°F here, near Ocala, Florida today! Currently only 55°F and it was 57°F within this half hour.

Wow, Shannon... 50's in central Florida and Wisconsin in early April! :o It happens at times, but still quite rare; this time of year.
