What will RECON find tomorrow?

In your opinion what will the RECON plane find tomorrow. Will this be another Karen, 2001? Time will tell.

Tropical Storm, but it will strengthen to Hurricane before hitting Nova Scotia.

A subtropical STORM (40+ winds) at the very most. These systems take a while before they transition into warm-core systems. It's not even close to a tropical cyclone now.

Give it another 2-3 days and it should be tropical enough...

Tropical Storm. Even the NHC says it's becoming tropical and it already has 40-45 mph winds.

Not quite tropical yet. The system does have tropical characteristics, but that doesn't make it entirely tropical. That's why they have the SUBTROPICAL classification, which is a combination of both tropical and extratropical characteristics.

Once we see a good burst of convection, it should become fairly tropical. I'll give it another 36 hours...
