Definitely strengthening.
I am getting reports from an offshore rig, winds sustained at 40mph gusts to 55mph.
Pressures are falling fairly significantly on all buoy's when earlier they were rising.
RECONN has found 35kt winds now and the satellite presentation is getting better with the Center moving under the CDO.
