If we are to believe the DSHP and SHIP at 0 hours, a strength of 30 kts is 35 mph, which would mean a TD at 5 right? Or I am reading something wrong?

Yes, due East. that would be a real................... problem here in West Central Florida as alot of the Rivers are still above flood stage. And this darn thing better not get to 60+ mph in winds. I was without power for 3 days with Frances, 5 days with Jeanne and I might go psycho if I lose it again.
