blocking high

I think the ENE movement is temporary and this system will bump into the high and move more N or NNE.

I dont get it. Where do you guys see this "high" that will bump in back to the NE?

Yes, but tht high will move into the atlantic, and since a trough will be digging into the midwest, with this system basically stationary it will ride the cold front late weekend toward the NE GOM. Not that I'm wishing anything bad on the FL Panhandle, but that's a distinct possibilitiy. This "TD", is crawling to the east right now, but will be a slow mover for the next 3 days. Yesterday JB had it stalled or drifting off the west coast of FLorida. I don't buy that completely, but I understand where he's coming from. I'm checking hi morning update now. Cheers!!
