Not this year. The season is almost over. And I doubt the convection in the BOC will develop into anything more than a weak TS at best. You will just get some rain. Maybe next year Texas will see a cane. Louisiana has had a dead season. But, hey, while I find storms facinating, I don't want the damage that they inflict.

Probably not this year, but as we know Texas is another hot spot for hurricanes.

That's true. Of course the remants of Ivan pounding Texas was a BIG letdown...for the Dallas/Ft. Worth metro area anyway.

Since you used the word "ever", implying no time constraints, the obvious answer has to be yes. If you had said this year, my answer would have been no.

I still don't think that's fair for Florida to get pounded from almost every single hurricane this year.

Out of adversity comes strength. Yeah we've been pounded this year and we're along way from recovery and being back to normal. But there's alot of resiliency with us Floridians. That and our friends around this country have rushed to our aid which we desperately needed and for which we will be forever grateful.
