HAPPY BIRTHDAY STORM2K!!!

Thanks to your effort for keeping Storm2k in its prime. Many of you are friends from the GoPBi days. I look forward to many hurricane season at Storm2k which is our highlight. This has been a dramatic life change year in a good way for me. I always know where I can hide when life becomes overwhelming whether it be great like a first child or trying like Florida's hurricane season. Much positivity has come from Storm2k.

Thank You Storm2k.

I just had a quick look and I see I joined Storm2k in June 2003.
does that make me an old timer?
I wasn't here right in the beginning but I have to tell you guys that for over a year I have thoroughly enjoyed this forum.
It is one of the best run forums on the net, and it has been a lifesaver so often for so many people.
The improvements are always there , making it more fantastic all the time.
Great job everyone, congratulations, and thanks!

The service you provide is invaluable, and I don't think anyone else, anywhere, provides it.

I know nothing about hurricanes except what I have learned here and a few other websites, but I was able to keep a considerable number of people advised thanks to you. Among them were my immediate family, my closest friends, and a large number of people I have gotten to know on the internet. The television and radio are fine once the storm gets close, but I don't think they do much good when the storm is out there.

You should be very proud of what you are doing. You are really contributing something to our community, and though I doubt you will ever be rewarded enough for your contributions, karma will make up for it.
