Hurricane Jeanne Forecast # 10
Friday September 24, 2004 12am
Mike "Floydbuster" Naso
DISCLAIMER: USE NHC for OFFICAL INFO

Jeanne is a dangerous category 2 hurricane with winds of 105 mph. I expect it to become a category 3...

I expect the ridge to keep it south of the NHC track, into Central Florida, and then a gradual turn northward.

As for intensity, I expect a gradual strenghtening. I expect it to make landfall in Florida as a category 3 hurricane. I expect some rapid deepening right before landfall, however... it could potentially deepen even quicker. After that, I expect a gradual, and then rapid weakening.

NOTE: THERE IS A CHANCE THAT HURRICANE JEANNE COULD BE A CATEGORY 4...AND EVEN GREATER CHANCE IF IT GOES UNDER A MORE QUICK RAPID INTENSIFICATION CYCLE.

I agree with this track so far.

Sorry, you'll of course have to click on Jeanne first!
