WSW issued for the Tri-State area of NYC. They may get blizzard conditions tomorrow :o as a coastal low and strong high pressure to the north provide enough cold air and gradient for a significant event. Just when they thought winter was over :wink: LOL.

unbelieveable! Well i'm glad this storm is here b/c dry places that have been suffering from droughts are getting good precip like nebraska!
