Western PA flooding

Here in Pittsburgh, we have gotten over 3" of rain today...it is now raining at about 1"/hr.

MASSIVE flooding is occurring right now...many roads are being closed....schools throughout Allegheny County are in lockdown b/c the buses can't go anywhere.

When Frances paid us a visit last week, we broke the daily record at 3.6"...this, on top of that, is bad news.....
