What is it just east of Barbados?

Seems there is some rotation just east of Barbados,in the wave around 56/57Ouest??

The 2pm TWD of Miami,gived me the respons to my question:two cyclonic clouds swirls.
Thank's to the Official forecasters,and thank's to those of you that have a great sense of humour,to laugh of someone,before trying to understand the question......... :(
