however, it does like a wave...a LLC is not very discernible at this time per visible images and loops. There is a slight rotation apparent but from sat pics it is hard to tell if it is at the surface. That is where the NHC comes in with the other resources they have. They would not keep it a storm for the sake of having a storm. We will just have to wait and see and hope she does die...

Suffering from a LLC that's out in front of it's upper level support at present perhaps, but let's give it at least until the 5 p.m. before issuing the post mortem.
Personally, I'm still on the fence, but leaning a bit toward Debby-dom for Jeanne.

Jeanne is off to the races again. The LLC is now offshore moving away from DR/Hati. All we need are som storms to fire. This will occur later today.

Why do we want storms to fire...do you not see the westward lean in the movement...did you not watch the news and see what the N. Central GOM and Florida the past month and a half has went through...
ALL WE NEED IS FOR STORMS NOT TO FOLLOW!!!!!!
