doesn't look like much of a LLC in that loop ... difficult to locate if at all

Upon viewing this high res loop, am I mistaken or has one level of circulation (low or mid-level?...around 20N 71.5W) outrun another (upper? 19.6N 70.4W) to the west-northwest? Can't be a healthy thing for Jeanne.
