Since I am a Jedi Master, and Pebbles is on the Dark Side, I will use the Force to question Jeanne about her future path.

Hmmn, did he give a reason why? I usually try and flip channels to hear what they all say, but didn't get a chance to.
Does he seem to think it will come here?

Kieth's dry demeanor scares me. I like Bill Walsh.

He is leary about the ivan path and the high, he said it is all up in the air after 3 days out?? He seemed concerned and for the first time he actually said NO CONFIDENCE IN THE FLA TURN!

Wow. This 5 day forcast stuff is so frustrating. In a way it is good to get an idea if you should be watching the storm, but on the other hand, it sure plays with your emotions.
I'll be real interested to hear what they say at 5 and 11.

Bill's cool-- and he did so many things during Hugo to keep people safe-- but I just can't help thinkin' he ain't all that bright. I rarely hear him do more than read the NWS reports/forecasts. He doesn't exert himself as a forecaster at all-- not that I've seen anyway. But maybe I just keep missing it?

I didnt think METS were allowed to strike unwarranted fear into the hearts of thousands.

Rock, you gotta see Kieth Nichols to believe it. I think he could say Jeanne was heading up to NY and we'd still be leery.

Jeanne is being torn apart in Hispaniola.
It will take a few days for it to reorganize IF it does.

Might turn out to be just a bunch of rain.
Definately not a major hurricane

Wow, here in Houston our METS believe we are safe from all of nature wrath with not a care in the world. They will never say it might turn here or go there. Basically, we are all safe from all evil things ....

Lucky lucky lucky you. Yeah, our mets are pretty talented. Keith is definitely one of the more experienced mets in Charleston and I tend to listen to him...but his delivery is, well, lacking in enthusiasm. Oh well, at least it's an educated delivery.
