Jeanne - Down to wave

In reviewing the high resolution visible this morning, there is no longer an apparent LLC associated with Jeanne. Also, there is a some shear from the west that causing it to be shread.

We will wait until 11AM for official word, but, from reviewing the loop I would say Jeanne is no mas!!!

As of 8am winds were @ 65 mph.....

No way pressure is 992 as of 8am so once it goes over water watch out. I thought before it made landfall in PR. that it was going to be no big deal. I was wrong. It rapidly organized then. I could not also believe it came off of PRico with vengence and redevelped. Dont count here out. This cyclone is persistant and is not afraid of land. Good day.

Once her core is cleanly back over water.. look out.. she's forecast to be a Cat 2 when she approaches the Central/North Central Fla coast so she could develop more..

It might just crawl up Cubas north coast moving west which would be real good for Cuba. It would be a big drought breaker.

She'll be a mear rain event after this.

the center is not in the middle of the island, its riding the coast. Still is dissrupting the storm, but now like it could have it was over those 10,000 ft mountains. If it keeps on that wnw course it will be over water soon, then you will see reorganization.

I actually wish this thing would accelerate a little.. It's creeping along at only about 6mph.. a bit too slow..
