Rainsville Alabama
If anyone lives in or near Rainsville Alabama, I would appreciate updates on the conditions as they develop. I am worried about my sister and her family. I have not been able to get through to them. Thank you.

Just light to moderate rain on radar. Nothing significant. I'm a good 100-150 miles south of them(closer to the center) and we're getting moderate to heavy rain with just a little wind. Rainsville will see some gusty winds, but nothing too bad. I'd be more concerned with tornadoes up there, but there's nothing near there right now.

Thank you Brent. She finally called today with their new phone number. I can't access the local radar. I guess to many people trying to get in at the same time. They live in Sylvania. Can you tell me what the conditions are tonight. I am worried about tornados too. At least they are in a block home now versus the mobile home they were living in. Thanks again for your help.
