The current track for Ivan's remnants have it going over Raleigh and then heading SOUTH on Sunday.

Then, Jeanne is supposed to come ashore near Beaufort on Tuesday!!

TLHR How can both systems come this way. i saw that also. and now i am alittle confuse i would have thought that by IVAN coming to the Carolinas it would push Jeanne further out to sea or ne. The Carolinas donot need any more rain , Sure hope the models are wrong.

I think Ivan coming this way is what makes it possible for Jeanne to get this far north. Of course by Sunday tracks can and probably will change considerably.

I had not seen the models but the thought occured to me a few hours ago......
