Very impressive structure to support such low winds. Once she loses that massive "blob" of an outflow band steady intensification should ensue.

You better hope it doe's not hit DR/Hati...Because this may a tropical distrabances. Which had a low level cirulation plus shown up good on the quick scats. Hit Hati causing upwards of 3,300 dead. If this hits that island maybe more.
