The recent NOGAPS run from tonight brings Jeanne very close to the FL coast in 3 days...well ahead of the TPC guidance...owning to a strong ridge to the north:

Looking at San Juan Radar...Jeanne is looking better organized and is probably a hurricane now:

The GFS is also stronger with the ridge this evening. Anyone writing this off better hope it's because of land interaction with the DR.
