What in the heck are they publising "test messages" for? The internet is pretty well tested by now, I think.

It looks less develped tonight than this morning. Could screw up the models.

The models came out 2 hours ago on Invest 91L... so they are not screwed. :D

"Test message" is inserted to enhance the fact that this is guidance ONLY. It's a standard reminder that this isn't an official product nor is it operational.
