What difference would it make? Anyone dumb enough to still be in their house in the path of this thing isn't going anywhere any time soon -- it's too late to leave. That's why the local government calls them "mandatory" evacs -- because there is a good chance you will DIE if you stick around. I know your nerves are frayed at a time like this, but the NHS posted hurricane warnings YESTERDAY. Hurricane warning + mandatory evac means GET OUT, not "wait until it's a Cat 5 and the rain is coming in sideways before considering leaving."
