We are getting already the heavy rains and winds around 30+ in gusts.I got in my anemometer 34 mph in a gust.

I have no idea what the wind is here but it's knocking down stuff in the yard - electric on and off. Vieques weather station online said...2mph wind and 21mph gusts, think that's not quite right ;) Culebra is hunkered down.
