Maybe public pressure FINALLY got the best of them to put the halt to Storm Stories now during Severe Mode situations!

I flew to Abaocs last Thursday with the guy from TWC FLOYD Storm Stories.... the guy from Elbow Cay who was having the hurricane party and ended up with Bad, Bad Floyd and a tornado. He had evacuated Elbow to Daytona for Frances. Rats - I forgot his name and to get his autograph.

I'll second that nomination!!!!

I get so annoyed when TWC OCM's have to announce they are currently in "Storm Alert Mode" or whatever it's called.....they should be ALL the time. Hey here's a new slogan they could try - Storm Alert Mode 24/7 - the way TWC used to be!!!

I think if they had aired SS tonight TWC would have been flooded - pun intended - with phone calls and emails.

Post of the day... for sure! Now, if they interupt the business minute on weekdays at 6:50 am, I will faint!

I was sad that the last thread with 40+ messages about TWC was killed. I have a friend here in ATL that works there and was goin to send it to her.
