Saw this here:

"I just got off the phone with my twin sister who lives in Grand Cayman. She
asked that I report into you with the following information:
* Reported to have 8 - 10 feet rise of water on the island during the
worse part of the storm
* Reported to have 200 mph winds"

Actually heard the same thing on TWC as well as local news and CNN 200 mph wind gusts.....

Yowza.

That site has some harrowing details of what people went through. Probably would have been a good idea to round up footage pronto and start showing it on the news from Miami to Galveston around the gulf... might make people think about hurricanes a little more seriously than Frances.
