Wait a sec...the last recon said extrapolated to 913 mb (not nec. 913) but the 11 a.m. advisory said 915 mb....so technically, it dropped 1 mb...not exactly weakening. The NE quadrant should have higher gusts as well as the NW quad as been experiencing convective bursts w/ intermittent down periods. They will probably do the NE to SW pass in a bit.
