I see Florida in its eye sight
Sorry to say this but I am sticking with a Florida strick. If you look at the satelite map you will notice that the cloud coverage to the west , northwest, and southwest is not at deep nor is it as wide spread as it is on the other sides i still say that Ivan could make a north to a north east turn even at this late in the game. If you look at the Charley and the Frances satelite pictures you will notice the same thing occurred before they made landfall the side with the most cloud convection is usually a sign of what direction it will take in future tracks.
