Wind Shear - Not convinced

Current projections indicate a reduction of wind shear just ahead of Ivans path for the next 24 - 72 hours...and an overall reduced tendency for wind shear in the central GOM region relative to 24 hours previous.

It may be that shearing will not impact Ivans performance as much as anticipated
