The NHC said that High Pressure is starting to build west from Texas over the GOM. It also suggested that there are signs that the High over FL maybe weakening. Keep watching Ivan....all people in the GOM

It actually has been moving more norrth than last night and we will llikely see a eastward shift in about 24 - 48 hrs.
