Lets get it over with/ Cancel Texas?

#1 Postby Stratosphere747 » Sun Sep 12, 2004 5:01 pm

Ok...I know that there is about a 99% chance that Ivan is not coming to Texas...This is just from what I've read here, NHC etc...But with the usual track shifting west day after day after day...It does begin to make some of us Texans begin to take a bit of a look at Ivan...

Would like some of not only the Pros but anyone else giving the reasons for it really not being able to come this way....

Big words are allowed...

I'll actully be a lot more worried if the NHC shifts as far west as NOLA- at that point I'd be worried about cones and possibilities. For the moment I'm just trying really hard to trust the NHC that it's going to the eastern half of the GOM... but still keeping an eye on it.
