Definitely living up to the "The Terrible" moniker. I hope that the Hurricane naming committee is not considering Adolph or Bin Laden for future storms.

Thanks for sharing that link. You cannot help but be awed by such a sight. I could never wish for that to hit anyone (but it has), however, it's stunning!

I think they actually use the name Adolph in the E. Pac. Is that correct?

It was used in 2001, and became the strongest May hurricane. They retired it due to a country asking it to be. It was used in 1983, 1989, 1995, and 2001.

As long as they don't name a hurricane Hitler. In the Atlatnic we should be ok. If they do that hurricane might turn into a cat6 in hit New york. That would be a very bad idea :eek:
