Enough already!!!

I am sure that everyone knows the projected path keeps "Trending West". Every 20 minutes or so, there is always some post about the track trending west. Try to use some new words instead of "Trending West" all the time. Why not mention the new target for landfall? Before I know it, Ivan may head on out to southern California!!!

And if you turn out to be correct, it would simply indicate that in this instance you were incredibly lucky in your throw-your-dart-at-the-map-on-the-wall forecast.

No need to be nasty chakalakasp. By the way, I don't own any darts. I'm just smart, obviously smarter than you.

Okay, knock it off. Is there a time-out corner in here? Go there. Now.

And obviously smarter than the combined talent of the NHS, a century of meteorological science, and the brightest mathematicians in the world.

I'm not trying to be mean, but why point to a "prediction" you made way back when such predictions were in the realm of Miss Cleo? If I predict that a bolt of lightning will strike a streetsign in Philidelphia three weeks from now and it actually happens, am I teh l33t 4cazt0r, or just incredibly lucky? If you truely do have supernatural cognative abilities beyond the likes that the human race has ever seen, then I suppose I owe you an apology -- and I will fully support your taking over the NHC. Barring that, I strongly believe that forecasting an exact location for landfall more than a week before the fact is either an fun exercise in gambling or a comical demonstration of hubris.

Enough already is right! All of these insults and bickering need to stop now. This is ridiculous and we're not going to put up with crap like this every other post. I suggest some of you get away from the computer for a while and come back when you can show some respect!

Would you guys quit bickering? Nobody knows where Ivan's ultimately going yet. In the meantime, I'm paying attention to the NHC, not to a bunch of petty people who can't behave themselves on a discussion board.

Edited to add, thanks, southerngale!

Proverbs 6."22": When thou goest, it shall lead thee; when thou sleepest, it shall keep thee; and when thou awakest, it shall talk with thee.
