NHC Track and NC Mountains

#1 Postby chemist44 » Sat Sep 11, 2004 8:51 am

If this track pans out, then the Mountains of NC are going to have catastrophic floods. Frances brought the worst flooding in Asheville since 1918...The entire city is still without water...1000's of people have lost their homes. Any storm with any wind left(even 30MPH) will bring down 1000's of trees causing more damage on top of yet another flooding situation. This is a bad bad scene my friends...ala Agnes, Floyd and Opal proportions. :(
