Lots to worry about with Ivan this day...

Let us not ever forget the tragic events that unfolded 3 yrs ago today and demand nothing less of our leaders than to ensure all efforts are being made that it never happens again...

It doesn't seem like it's been 3 years. I remember it like it was yesterday.

We definitely cannot forget that. I got up at 8:43 am that morning thinking it was a normal morning until 2 minutes later. But it's something we must not forget.

I remember back on 9-11-01 tracking Erin, 120 mph off the coast of the northeast United States. Felix developed in the eastern Atlantic and became a category 4 hurricane a bit later on aftr 9-11-01.

Last year we saw buzzsaw Isabel with that huge eye and symmetric circulation ripping through the western Atlantic north of Puerto Rico.
