Whoa-thought I might have to start a new thread. Just opened another can of "sudds" and pray for the best.

Well, not now. They take breaks every now and then and play inspirational music. They should be back in 22 minutes...or maybe longer.

On a break right now. But the word has been put out to any and all women that might be having a baby that the superintendent of police should be called if need be as he delivered a baby boy just a couple of hours ago.

Oops! Yeah, me too CW. I wonder if they just lost power too. I would hope they have some kind of way to get back up. How in the world are the going to get info to the residents if the radio is down. Ouch.

This is NOT good. No communication now except for cell phones if I'm not mistaken.

Yeah, the connection is still running, but it's dead air.

There are all sorts of failures that would cause the stream to dissapear -- power failure, lightning strike, station blew away, internet connection severed, connection between radio and server building severed, etc etc. The stream is still running, so I'd guess it's not the internet. More likely something wrong at the station.

It did this for a bit earlier in the evening, but then came back on. Then again, it wasn't as bad earlier as it it now with the storm.

Same here, It went down right after I did that last post. i`ve tried RealPlayer, Windows Media, and MusicMatch, can`t get anything up.

I guess i`m going to call it a night, as I do have to work in the morning. I want to thank all of you for a very pleasant evening.

I`ll drop back in later today.

Goodnight all,
Ratchet
