The machete thing, earlier they said there were gangs of youths, maybe 20 strong, brandishing machetes and looting. This could explain the machete wound.

did they just not think it would hit them? the sad thing is...alota people here in jax have the same attitude. since we "always" get lucky and it turns away from us alot of people dont prepare.
