yes they are going to need all the help they can get its a shame some will stay in there homes and may die because they are worried about looters :(

Father, please Lord, protect the people of Jamaica and all people beyond Jamaica that may be in the path of this hurricane. Please keep the damage to a minimum so that they will be able to pick up the pieces tomorrow and move forward.

Let's intensify the prayers as more bad news is comming out now about Ivan getting more stronger.

Oh Lord protect Jamaica from the worse and have mercy with the people in that island Amen.

I just made my first visit to Jamaica (Ochos Rios) this past January and found the people much more delightful and hospitable than some of the press they receive. Very big prayers to the entire island and especially to Peat Taylor and family in Ochos Rios.

Almighty Father. Please watch over the people of Jamaica and keep them safe. Give them the strength and courage to weather this storm. Also, please give peace to their friends and families here in the US who are anxiously waiting to see what affect this storm will bring to their loved ones.
