A really really newbie question

Could someone please give me the conversion between UTC and eastern time. Also Zulu to eastern would be nice also.

me thinks zule is gmt so you subtract 5 or is it 6?? :?:

For EDT, subtract 4

Yes and Zulu (Z), UTC, GMT, Greenwich time, are all the same -- the time at the zero meridian, in England.
