1st could you possibly enable me to be able to reply to pm's, thank you.
2nd is for mods and others...
Images that are hotlinked to other sites do not use any bandwidth from S2k...
the only bandwidth used from s2k is from actual items served from its server. You can tell what server is servering the images by right clicking the image, and looking at the source from where the image is loading.
image load from s2k... uses s2k bandwidth
image hotlinked to another site... Does not use s2k bandwidth
I have been in IT for almost a decade... i know this is a horrible explanation, however posting pictures on this site only uses the bandwidth from each home user downloading the images. Not actually using any s2k server bandwidth.
Again i appologize to others for having to post this here..

Ok. You can talk to Chad or Marshall about it. Marshall just asked that no images be posted, for now.

I'm not sure why your pm feature is disabled. I'll check into it.

Linked images are fine and don't cause a problem.
I looked deeper into that thread and found this...
He said it was ok to post the pictures... people explained the situation to him.
The only bandwidth the images effect are the end users... and the server the images are hosted on...
