Hey you guys, my name is Mindy and I just joined this thing and I wanted to say hi and I know absolutely nothing about weather but hopefully I'll learn some new things. And maybe we could start a thing where we can talk about different weather accessories, like umbrellas and raincoats and parasols cos that would be really cool.

Go figure -- my grandmother and father were both born in Palatka. They
had the good sense to move to less turbulent climes, though.
Me, I'm writing my will and picking out my favorite CD's (for the island I
seem soon to be stranded on) here in Bradenton. Right in the crosshairs.
Sure, it's a long way off, but I can still panic with justification. I just can't
decide on one fifth of whiskey or two...
