Calm down and PLEASE don't have a heart attack it's only a"forecast" map that probably will change. Man I don't think some you guys are going to make it on this board without having nervous breakdown before
Ivan even comes close to making landfall.

Enough already!
I am going nuts with this speculation.
It's too far out to panic.
I'll start to panic when that graphic is 3 days out.
Today, and for the next 48hrs I choose to analyze the data stoically.
what was that noise? did you hear that noise?

Beven also said “Things get more uncertain after 48 hrs.” Let’s also not forget what the models were doing with Charley and Frances. In Charley’s case, there was virtually no line pointing straight up into Charlotte Harbor. And in Frances, the models didn’t come together until about a day out. This is still WAY early for a landfall call.

glad to see people are aware and paying attention and also am soooo glad that these tracks change, but I'm one willing to eeeerrr on the side of caution and will be at home depot again tommorow getting supplies. I waited till Fri 13 am before deciding to evacuate for charley and he hit south of st. pete, I can't say I'll wait till the final hour but I do know I"ll be prepared again, though I'm not in a panic yet....

well
I was lurking during Charley & Frances;
We have lost a few trees here in Apopka. But life has been kinda hellish. My Kindergartner thought he was done and ready to go 1st grade after school closed for a week after Charley. We've put up with empty shelves, gas shortages, power outages...... And just the worst is the family stress that is going along with this. The man wants to go mow the lawn (huh?) and I of course want to pack up the pictures and kids' lovey toys. Why do the guys go mow the lawn before the storm(s)?
If Ivan is coming, I would expect a mass exodus of Florida to evac and quicker. People are gunshy and stressed to the max. I'm hanging in there but ready for some normalcy.
Thanks to all you knowledgable Wx people out there who give us an extra edge on the canes.
