Steve Lyons

He just said Ivan will be heading toward Jamaica,and then the Cayman Islands.. He also said that the strength of Ivan is causing the trough in front of him to buckle

So what does trough buckling mean in his opinion?

He just said he thinks Ivan will be basically following the projected path.But sometimes a large hurricane is like a magnet to central America
