Into Numbers?

Charley the 3rd letter of the alphabet. Frances the 6th letter of the alphabet, Ivan the 9th letter of the alphabet. Bad things come in 3's....
Amazing what your mind comes up with when your totally fried on hurricanes. Ivan doesn't have to hit Florida the assault on people's minds will still be tremendous if it just gets close. People here just can't take another cane this year. Enough is enough. 3-6-9- what's 12?
