flight information program

ok, i dont really know what im asking here or what kinda information i am talking about..be ill ask anyways.
i was reading a post the other day and someone mentioned a program that could take "coded" data that is received from the flights into the hurricane and put it into layman terms ....does anyone know what im talking about ....im kinda shooting into the dark here becuase i can hardly remember anything about it...

ahhh some web site had a setup that could decode the things....dang...that was years ago that i saw it....had the raw on the left and the decode on the right.....will look around...

yea...something like that is what im talking about :)
i can decode it now...but i am slow at it and sometimes think i read stuff wrong...so was just wondering if there was a simplier way

Mike Watkins had an Excel spreadsheet that worked pretty well.

I may still have it around somewhere...

It was I who posted about the program, still haven't run across it again.

This site is the best I have seen at explaining all the vortex data, someone was kind enough to send it to me.
